Kristy Giordano is a seasoned food scientist with a diverse background in food product development and custom cake design. Currently serving as Senior Food Scientist at Veggies Made Great® since August 2023, Kristy previously held the position of Head Of Research And Development at Carlo's Bakery from May 2021 to August 2023. Between May 2010 and May 2021, Kristy operated Kristys Kakery LLC, specializing in custom cake design. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Food Scientist at Citromax Flavors, Recipe Developer at H. Bauer Publishing, Senior Food Technologist at Takasago, Food Technologist at Chr. Hansen A/S, Junior Food Technologist at Symrise, and Lab Assistant at Dragoco. Kristy possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Science from Montclair State University, and a HACCP certification from North Carolina State University.
