Stéphane Fogliata has a diverse work experience in the commercial, after-sales, and reception roles within the automotive industry. Stéphane started their career as an apprentice mechanic at Mercedes-Benz VI Toulouse in 1997, where they gradually progressed and held various positions such as mechanic, electrician, and diagnostic technician. Stéphane then became a receptionist for commercial vehicles before being promoted to the role of Assistant Site Manager. After working at Mercedes-Benz VI Toulouse for several years, they joined HAMECHER TOULOUSE V.I. as a receptionist. Most recently, they worked at GSVI - DAF Trucks, starting as an after-sales manager and later transitioning into a commercial advisor role.

Stéphane started their education at Lycée Jolimont, Toulouse from 1993 to 1996, where they completed their secondary education. Following that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued an apprenticeship at Compagnons du Devoir in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz France, Filiale de Toulouse, earning a BEP in maintenance des systèmes mécaniques automatisés.
In 1999, Stéphane continued their apprenticeship at IFA Mercedes-Benz, again in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz France, Filiale de Toulouse, where they obtained a Bac Pro Maintenance Véhicules Industriels by 2001.
To further their qualifications, Stéphane pursued an equivalent BTS, recognized by the state, through an apprenticeship program at PROMOTRANS - ESMVI, also with Mercedes-Benz France, Filiale de Toulouse, from 2001 to 2003.
In 2008, Stéphane enrolled in a program called Jeune Manager Retail at Mercedes-Benz France. The duration of this program is not specified.
