Mayo Shattuck has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gap since 2024, previously holding positions as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. At Capital One, Mayo has been a board director and chaired the Compensation Committee from 2004 to 2022. Recent board appointments include Chair of the Compensation Committee at Hut 8 and Director at Cresset Capital Management. From 2013 to 2022, Mayo served as Chairman of the Board at Exelon Corp, having been Executive Chairman prior. Additional experience includes roles at Alarm.com, Constellation as Chairman & CEO, and Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown as Chairman and CEO. Mayo was also Vice Chairman at Bankers Trust Company. Mayo holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College.
