Marisa Recuenco Castellano is a Design System Specialist at GAMMAUX, working for Yara International since June 2023, where Marisa leads cross-department collaboration in the design system department. Previously, as Design System Lead and Senior Product Designer at Zurich Insurance, Marisa led the migration of the design system from Sketch to Figma, focusing on improving consistency across multiple platforms and developing internal KPIs SaaS platforms. Marisa has also held the role of UX Designer at Lansweeper, where Marisa managed end-to-end design processes and research activities. Extensive freelance experience includes redesigning online platforms and creating branding materials, complemented by prior roles as a UI/UX and Graphic Designer at Nano Nino S.L., Web Designer and Community Manager at Rossi Daoiz, and Graphic and Web Designer at ADNlogo. Marisa's education includes degrees in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València and specialized training in UX research and design.
