Eric Lyman has held various roles in the past decade. From 2010 to 2015, they worked for Vector Marketing as an Advanced Sales Representative, where they were responsible for over $2,000 in sales for the summer and provided customer service for customers, in-home and over the phone. From 2011 to 2015, they worked for UC Davis Campus Recreation and Unions, first as an On-site Event Coordinator and then as an Event Technician and Lead Event Technician. Eric'sroles included providing customer service to clients and attendees in the two largest venues on campus, managing up to ten student staff before, during, and after events, and providing audio & visual set-ups, crowd control, and other production needs. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have worked for Gametime in multiple roles. These roles include Program Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Ticket Operations Associate. As Senior Quality Assurance Manager, their responsibilities included involvement in every stage of feature development from concept and design through implementation, testing and release, as well as strategic analysis of testing, engineering and product development procedures. As Quality Assurance Engineer, their responsibilities included executing thorough deployment and functional testing of the Gametime iOS, Android and web apps, and providing clear and detailed documentation of identified issues. As Ticket Operations Associate, their responsibilities included handling hundreds of transactions weekly that required manual completion, overseeing sellers communications and update orders accordingly, and providing excellent customer service via phone and email support.

Eric Lyman attended the University of California, Davis from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Managerial Economics.
