Shea Jones Griggs has a diverse range of work experience. From 2007 to 2008, Shea worked at Comcast Cable as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2010, Shea worked at American Red Cross as a Marketing Support Specialist. During the same year, Shea also worked at Verizon Wireless as a Retail and Small Business Sales Professional. From 2012 to 2014, Shea worked at Greenbriar Homes as an Executive Assistant. Starting in 2014, Shea began working at GameTime, first as a Playworx Project Coordinator and then as a Custom Project Lead. In 2018, Shea transitioned to the role ofa Project Manager at GameTime. Finally, in 2019, Shea became a Playworx Product Manager, CPSI at GameTime.

Shea Jones Griggs attended The University of Alabama from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. They also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing during the same time period.
