Hrachia Stepanyan is an experienced professional in the fields of education, game development, and program management. Currently serving as the Academic Director at Game Gen since June 2017, Hrachia oversees program delivery processes and manages the evaluation and development of curricula and student projects. Previous roles include working as a Title Assistant at WFG National Title Company, where Hrachia ensured timely delivery of Trustee Sale Guarantee packages, and serving as a teacher at Gamegen, mentoring students in computer science and game development. Hrachia also held the position of Program Manager at Animal Behavior College, guiding students through a Dog Obedience Certification Program, and was involved in 3D asset creation as a 3D Artist at Apocalyptic Designs and Artillery Arthouse. Hrachia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Game Art and Design from The Art Institute of California - Los Angeles and has pursued additional education in various institutions related to visual effects and game development.
