Lawrence Esbig has diverse work experience in the research and clinical trials field. Lawrence has recently served as a Clinical Research Associate II at Galvanize Therapeutics, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to that, Lawrence worked as a Senior Clinical Trials Associate at Inflammatix, Inc. between August 2020 and February 2023. Lawrence also gained valuable experience as a Research Associate at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development from December 2017 to August 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Partnership for the Interdisciplinary Studies of Coastal Oceans, UC Santa Barbara from June 2016 to March 2017. Additionally, they served as a Staff Writer for Daily Nexus Newspapers UC Santa Barbara from June 2015 to February 2016.

Lawrence Esbig earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from UC Santa Barbara, completing their studies from 2013 to 2017.
