Esteban Sanchez MSc. is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various roles in project management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Management Consultant at Galorath Incorporated since November 2011, Esteban specializes in project planning and estimation using the SEER suite of tools. Previously, as the Director of the Project Management Office at Avionyx S.A., Esteban oversaw the company's portfolio and implemented continuous improvement processes within the project management discipline. Earlier roles include Project Manager and Software Engineer at Avionyx and a Software Engineer at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad. Esteban holds a Master's Degree in IT Administration with an emphasis on Project Management and multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional and Certified Function Point Specialist.
