Madisyn Alme is a Business Solutions Consultant at Gallup since June 2022, providing strategic partnership and advice to organizations in the Central United States to enhance workplace environments. Madisyn has been involved with Alme Farms since January 2010, managing crop schedules and overseeing operational profits through diligent crop inspections. Prior experience includes participation in the Clifton Builder Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where Madisyn engaged in entrepreneurial events and training, and serving as a Student Strengths Coach at the Clifton Strengths Institute, offering one-on-one coaching on personal strengths. Leadership roles included Vice President of the Society for Human Resource Management and Vice President of Professional Services for Delta Sigma Pi. Madisyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completed in 2022.
