Melissa Castro has over 25 years of professional experience in contract management and library services. Currently serving as Contracts Manager at Galls since 2005, Melissa has developed expertise in negotiation and compliance. Prior experience includes the role of Library Services Supervisor at Books on Tape from 1996 to 2002, where Melissa oversaw library operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Hearing Impairments Including Deafness from California State University, Northridge, earned in 1996.
