Eric Tange is a seasoned professional in site development and project management with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Site Development Manager at Galloway & Company, Inc. since November 2016, Eric specializes in residential land development, redevelopment, and infill development. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Project Manager at Granville Homes - New Homes Fresno, focusing on entitlements, mapping, and utility coordination from July 2012 to September 2016. Earlier career experiences include tutoring mathematics and engineering internships at Tetra Tech and Caltrans, where Eric gained hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Microstation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine, awarded in 2010.
