Nelly SANCHO is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in category management and brand strategy. Currently serving as Directrice marketing at GALLIANCE since February 2019, Nelly is responsible for the development of the poultry category across GMS and B to B markets, oversees brand positioning for various Galliance brands, and leads a team of 25 as a member of the executive committee. Previously, Nelly held key marketing roles at Castel Frères from August 2007 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing brand strategies and leading two marketing teams. Earlier experience includes positions at Ets Friedrich, Bacardi, and Laiterie Eurial Poitouraine. Nelly holds an MBA from Audencia and a Bachelor's degree in commercial management and marketing, along with a Level 2 certification in Viticulture and Oenology from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
