Disha Gandhi has diverse work experience in the fields of influencer marketing, art, social media/community management, and social media marketing/influencer coordination. Disha currently works as an Influencer Marketing Manager at Gallery Media Group, where they have worked with various clients such as Samsung, Kroger, Unilever, GE Cafe, Woodbridge Wines, and S.C. Johnson & Son brands. Prior to this, Disha worked as an Artist at their own company, Disha, and as a Social Media/Community Manager at Majid Jordan Crew. Disha also gained experience in social media marketing and influencer coordination as a part of the team at We Are Social.

Disha Gandhi completed their Bachelor's degree in Global Marketing Management at Pace University from 2016 to 2020.
