Jenni Lehtola has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenni is currently working at Gallant Finland as the Head of HR Advisor Services, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they were a HR Advisor at the same company from November 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Gallant Finland, Jenni worked at Lippupiste Oy as a Resource Planning/Consumer Services employee from August 2021 to October 2021.

From August 2019 to October 2021, Jenni was employed at Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut, where they held various roles such as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Consultant. Their responsibilities included managing employees for contact centers and office services, recruitment processes, employment management, competence development, payroll, and maintaining customer relationships.

Prior to Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut, Jenni worked at Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut as a Human Resources Consultant and Service Production Process Manager from January 2019 to November 2019. Their role involved managing employees for contact centers and office services, recruitment processes, establishing customer services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Jenni also has experience as an entrepreneur. Jenni founded Sivete Oy in June 2015 and managed the financial and human resource aspects of the company until May 2019. Jenni provided party and event services, including planning, decoration, and event management.

In addition to their entrepreneurship, Jenni has worked in various roles such as a restaurant worker at Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut in October 2016 and a service manager at Sokotel Oy from April 2013 to October 2016. Their responsibilities in these roles included event planning, restaurant management, and entity organization.

Earlier in their career, Jenni worked as an entrepreneur at S.B.Events Oy, offering event production, wedding and party planning, and event construction services. Jenni was responsible for financial and human resource management, new customer acquisition, sales, and IT support. Jenni also worked at Keittiö & Kattaus as a seller from May 2011 to 2013 and at S.B.Consulting tmi as event staff from May 2008 to April 2010.

Throughout their work experience, Jenni has demonstrated skills in HR management, recruitment, customer relationship management, event planning, and entrepreneurship.

Jenni Lehtola began their education in 2013 at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree with a focus on Customer Service Management. Jenni completed this program in 2016. In 2021, Jenni enrolled at the same university to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in International Sales and Sales Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
