Florence GIRARD has extensive experience in project management, primarily in the fields of information systems, document management, and editic services. Currently serving as Chef de projet MOA for GALIAN since June 2016, Florence leads initiatives on the overhaul of core business information systems. Concurrently at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, responsibilities include managing partnerships and overseeing project integrations, such as credit regrouping. Previous roles include leading projects at AXA France Service focused on centralizing document production and improving operational efficiencies, and significant contributions to BNP Paribas Personal Finance's editic projects. Florence's early career includes managing qualifications at France Télécom and overseeing multi-project testing at SNCF. Florence holds an engineering degree in industrial engineering and logistics from EPF – École d'ingénieurs.
