Charles Bonasera has spent more than 25 years in operations, supply chain and manufacturing management. He has held senior level positions at Sun Micro Systems, Solectron, Harmonic Inc, and most recently Katerra, a technology-driven construction company as the Vice President of Materials Operations. His core strength is developing operations and supply chain strategies that are in complete alignment with corporate objectives. He has built dynamic global teams and organizations that are lean and highly effective. As corporate objectives evolve his teams has always been the catalyst that drives change throughout the organization from Sales Operations through IT, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Logistics. He is committed to delivering the highest quality products and solutions and the lowest cost. Charles brings a strong background and outstanding experience in high-tech manufacturing, supply chain management and overall operations management to Galexa’s advisory board.
