Laura Chastain, FNP-BC, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently working at Optimize U Chattanooga since February 2023. With a long tenure at Galen Medical Group beginning in January 2009, Laura also previously served as a Nurse Practitioner at Nephrology Associates from January 1999 to January 2000, and worked as a Professional Sales Representative at Amgen from January 2000 to April 2007. Laura Chastain holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, completed between 1997 and 1998.
