Tom has extensive experience as a non-executive director of listed companies including many years as a Managing Director. Tom is currently Chairman of Xref Limited (ASX:XF1), and Chairman of Escient. Tom was previously chairman of Empired Limited (ASX:EPD) a non-executive director of Inabox Group (ASX:IAB), CEO of SMS Management & Technology (ASX:SMX), and Director of the Australian Information Industry Association.

Tom is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Company’s Nomination and Audit and Risk Committees.
