Emma Matheson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support, business development, and recruiting. Currently serving as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO at GALE PACIFIC LIMITED since May 2023, Emma provides strategic and administrative support to the executive team. Prior to this role, Emma spent over a decade at Aerotek, progressing from a Customer Support Associate to an Account and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included client engagement and partnership management, particularly in sourcing HR and Talent Acquisition professionals. Emma also has experience as a Financial Services Recruiter and Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to executives and recruiting talent across various sectors. Earlier in the career, Emma completed a rotational management training program at The Breakers Hotel, where skills in conference billing and guest services were developed. Emma holds a degree from Les Roches Marbella, completed between 2002 and 2005.
