Paul Brainard, MBA, currently serves as Corporate Controller for both Gale Banks Engineering and Banks Technologies since May 2019, overseeing financial operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Prior experience includes positions as Controller at Consolidated Laundry Machinery, where organizational improvements were implemented, and Plant Controller at Transtar Industries, managing accounting for a $40M manufacturing facility. Paul also founded CHITA High Performance Operations, focusing on transforming workplaces into high-performance cultures. Additional roles include Division Controller at Leader Industries and Operations Manager/Controller at Columbia Aluminum Products, along with experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of La Verne. Paul holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of La Verne and a bachelor's degree from California State University, Los Angeles.
