Matthieu Alessandrini currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Galaxy Energy Group Ltd since December 2021. Prior to this role, Matthieu held the position of Trade Finance Officer at Trafigura from June 2016 to December 2021, and worked as a Documentary Credit Officer in Trade Finance at Metinvest International SA from May 2012 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes positions as a Broker for oil products at OTCex and as an Oil Product Operator at both LIA OIL S.A. and SAICATENERGY S.A. Matthieu began a career in trading as a Junior Trader and Dealer at Geneva Trading Advisers from March 2008 to June 2009. Educational credentials include a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Commodity Trading from the University of Geneva, earned between 2014 and 2015.
