Dustin Bourgoine II is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in program management and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior IT Program Manager at Galapagos Federal Systems since June 2023, Dustin previously held the position of Director of Technical Solutions and Site Lead in Huntsville at Noblis, where responsibilities included the development of regional business strategies and delivery of technical solutions to federal clients. Additional experience includes roles at Noblis ESI, General Dynamics Information Technology, Digicon Corporation, Aflac, TEKsystems, and Revman, showcasing expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and team management. Dustin holds an MBA from Walden University and dual master's degrees in Information Security and Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
