Itay Vilder has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent role was as the VP Global Sales at Galam, starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Tosaf compounds as the Asia-Pacific - Business Development Director from February 2016 to September 2019. Before that, they were the Regional Manager - Nutrition Division at Enzymotec, responsible for sales in Germany and France, as well as managing distributors in the UK, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Itay also held the position of International Sales & Marketing Manager at Tosaf compounds, overseeing sales and marketing in India, Europe, and South America. Before their corporate roles, Itay Vilder worked as a Project Manager at My-Com and as a Researcher at Volcani Center.

Itay Vilder completed their education in a diverse range of fields and institutions. Itay earned their B.Sc in Biotechnology Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in the years 2003 to 2007. Itay then pursued a B.A in East Asian Studies from the University of Haifa from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they obtained a Diploma in Chinese language (Mandarin) from the Kunming College of Eastern Language and Culture between 2007 and 2008. In 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University. Itay later completed an Executive course in Directors and Board members at Ruppin Academic Center in 2019.
