Avishay has worked for various companies, including Galam LTD, BERMAD, ALVATECH Ltd, NETAFIM, ISRATECH LTDA, and John Deere Water. Avishay's roles have involved managing international sales, leading commercial and business development efforts, and overseeing digital solutions and digital farming initiatives. Avishay has a strong focus on sustainable water technology and helping farmers and governments effectively manage water shortage and soil salinity.

Avishay Lulav completed a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Soil-Water and Environmental Protection from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from 1990 to 1995.
