Tambi Kar is an experienced fermentation manager currently working in the R&D department at GALACTIC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tambi served as R&D Manager at Lipofabrik from August 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing upstream processes and developing various fermentation techniques. Tambi has also held positions as a project manager at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech and participated in training related to biomolecule production and quality management. Tambi's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the University of Liège, complemented by a Master's Degree in the same field. Expertise encompasses experimental design, data analysis, documentation creation, and processes to enhance fermentation technology.
