Sarfaraz Ahammed Syed began their work experience as a Systems Engineer Specialist Trainee at Infosys in May 2019. After four months, they moved on to Infosys McCamish Systems, where they worked as a Systems Engineer-Specialist (Microservices Developer) from September 2019 to October 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Gainsight, starting in November 2021.

Sarfaraz Ahammed Syed completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College. Sarfaraz Ahammed attended this college from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, Sarfaraz completed their Intermediate education at Sree Chaitanya Junior College, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Sarfaraz obtained a certification in Generative AI Fundamentals from Databricks in July 2023. The certification is called "Academy Accreditation - Generative AI Fundamentals" and was obtained from Databricks.
