Rachana Lekkala has work experience as a Software QA Engineer at Gainsight since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Automation Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2019 to April 2022.

From 2015 to 2019, Rachana Lekkala attended JNTUH College of Engineering Jagityala, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science.
