Nikhil Nagrale is currently working as an Associate Software Engineer at Gainsight, a fast-growing tech company that focuses on revolutionizing Customer Success for businesses. Prior to joining Gainsight, Nikhil worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Practo, where they were responsible for working on the frontend and backend development of Practo's marketplace site.

Nikhil Nagrale completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. These include being a Triplebyte Certified Programmer from Triplebyte, obtaining the Google KickStart Coding Competition certification from Google, and achieving the International Collegiate Programming Contest certification from ICPC - International Collegiate Programming Contest, all in 2021. In 2020, Nikhil completed the Software Engineering Virtual Experience program from Forage, the Mastering Data Structures and Algorithms in C++ course from Udemy, and the Object Oriented Programming course from Great Learning. Nikhil also participated in the Google CodeJam Coding Competition, although the exact time frame for this certification is not provided.
