Dolores Martin-Saravia currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Gain since September 2023 and is also the Regional Director for HR Business Partner - Americas at intive since April 2022. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at SparkDigital before its acquisition by intive and Regional HR Manager - Latam at SDI International Corp. Dolores has extensive experience in HR management, having worked as HR Manager at Acámica and as a Freelance Psychologist. Additionally, Dolores held the position of Global HR Director at Avatar, a full-service interactive agency, and Talent Management Leader at OLX, where responsibilities included staffing strategy for Argentina and Latin America. Earlier career achievements include Recruitment Manager at IT Convergence and Senior Recruiter at Susana Biset & Asociados. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Universidad de Belgrano.
