The Technology and Support Team at Gain Federal Credit Union is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security of our core banking systems. Led by the Chief Information Officer and Director Of IT, the team includes a Core Banking System Programmer who develops and optimizes our banking software, and an End User Support Specialist who provides technical assistance to staff and members, ensuring a smooth and efficient banking experience.
