Vaidik Kapoor is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Gaia, Vaidik is dedicated to improving access to IVF treatments. As the Founder of Three Ways Consulting, Vaidik advises startups on technology innovation, product development, and team leadership. Additional roles include Engineering Leadership Mentor at Plato and Fractional CTO at SportsFam, where Vaidik contributed to product and infrastructure development for fantasy sports. Previous experience includes VP Engineering at Blinkit, where Vaidik played a key role in the company's growth to unicorn status, and various engineering positions at Wingify, Mozilla, and Plivo. Vaidik holds a B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
