Prior to this, Laura worked as a Personalbeauftragte at MW Malteser Werke gemeinnützige GmbH and as a Trainee in HR at Vapiano. Laura completed their education at Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium with a degree in Germanistik and Berufskolleg Südstadt Köln with a degree in Ausbildung zur Personaldienstleistungskauffrau.
