Our Programs
Gads Hill Center supports low-income families on the west and southwest sides of Chicago. We currently work with more than 4,000 children and their families by providing high-quality, accredited programs and services:

•	Early Childhood Education:  Empowers parents to be their children’s first teachers with early childhood development resources for over 160 expectant parents and families and comprehensive educational and developmental services to over 550 at-risk children from newborns to age five.

•	Youth Services:  Provides out-of-school programs to children from kindergarten through sixth grades, mentoring to at-risk sixth through eight graders, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) focused academic enrichment and college preparatory programs to high school students, serving more than 400 students annually.

•	Comprehensive Family Support and Community Services:  Connects nearly 800 children & families to comprehensive resources that meet their educational, job and health-related goals on a continued basis.

The Leadership Team at Gads Hill Center is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission of creating opportunities for children and their families through education, access to resources, and community engagement. This team oversees the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, program development, financial management, and organizational collaboration necessary to support and grow the high-quality programs and services that benefit over 4,000 low-income families in Chicago. Comprising the President, Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Program Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, the Leadership Team ensures the alignment of initiatives with the center's core values and mission.
