Thomas Okbo is an experienced logistics and shipping professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Group Vice President for Europe & Africa at GAC Group since January 2008, Thomas has also held the position of Group Vice President for Africa while based in Cape Town from September 2016 to June 2019. Prior to GAC Group, Thomas held various roles at Kuehne + Nagel from February 2001 to December 2007, including Managing Director for South China & Hong Kong and Regional Logistics Manager for the Middle East. Earlier experiences include positions at Air Cargo Express A/S, DFDS Transport, and Chr. Jensen Shipping, where Thomas gained foundational knowledge in shipping and logistics operations.
