Erika Maassen is an experienced professional in project management and consulting, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Currently serving as Teamleader PMO and Project Manager at GAC Business Solutions since June 2011, Erika leads project teams in the implementation of industry-specific solutions, performing business and process analyses to design optimal applications. Prior to this role, Erika held positions at PTC+ as an International Project Assistant and Customer Support, focusing on information management and supporting mid-career training. Erika began their career as an Intercedent at Attract, facilitating job placements.
