Stephen Collier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and real estate. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at Gables Residential since May 2024, Stephen previously held the position of Asset Manager at ACRE Asia Capital Real Estate, focusing on the operational and financial oversight of multifamily properties. Prior to that, Stephen was Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Acquisitions at Waypoint Residential, managing multifamily portfolios and spearheading acquisition opportunities across various regions. Stephen's earlier experience includes appraisal roles at BBG Inc. and Grubb & Ellis, as well as a position as a Real Estate Analyst at Duff & Phelps. Stephen began a career in real estate as a Commercial Lender at BB&T. Academic credentials include a BBA and BA in Business and Psychology from Southern Methodist University, an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia, and a high school diploma from Darlington School.
