Loretta Murphy has worked in the customer service industry since 1994. Loretta began their career as a Lead Insurance Service Representative at the Automobile Club of Southern California. In 2006, they moved to 21st Century Insurance as a Customer Service Call Center Lead, where they were responsible for maintaining all lines in the call center and mentoring and instructing Representatives. In 2012, they became Office Manager at Fabtronics, Inc., where they reported directly to the CEO and managed office operations. In 2014, they joined Orion Indemnity as a Customer Service Call Center Supervisor, where they improved teams performance by monitoring calls and coaching on company's service level agreements goals. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Customer Support Associate at Gabi, a part of Experian.
Loretta Murphy obtained their High School Diploma from San Gabriel Mission High School. In 2010-2011, they completed a Certification in Administrative Medical Specialist with Medical Billing and Coding, Medical Terminology from Loyola Marymount University. In December 2020, they obtained the Leading Virtually: Vulnerability and Presence when Working from Home Certification from LinkedIn. In December 2011, they obtained their Personal Lines Insurance License from the California Department of Insurance. In September 2011, they obtained their Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) Certification from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
