Ger Morgan is an experienced professional with a strong background in health and safety management, training, and operations. As the National Health and Safety Manager and National Training Academy Manager at Aura Holohan Group since October 2011, Ger oversees critical safety initiatives and training programs. Previously serving as General Manager at Aura Drogheda, responsibilities included enhancing operational effectiveness through recruitment and strategic planning. Alongside duties at Aura, Ger has contributed as a Duty Manager and Sports Coach for GAA since January 2005. Ger founded and operated GM Decorating and Gardening Solutions from September 2007 to October 2011, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills in the painting and gardening services sector. Educational qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Occupational Health from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Business Studies Management from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
