Steven (Jake) O'Neill is a Systems Engineer at G3 Technologies, Inc. since February 2018, with previous experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech College of Engineering, where research focused on Designated Short Range Communications for Ford Motors. O'Neill has held various positions including HVS Technician at Virginia Tech Transportation Institute and roles in food service, as well as earlier research assistant positions focusing on Internet of Things security. An engineering intern at Curtis Engine & Equipment, O'Neill worked on industrial generator specifications, while experiencing software testing at G3 Technologies and a work-study position at the National Security Agency. O'Neill earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2017.
