Ingmar Schubert is a Quantitative Researcher at G-Research since October 2023, having previously held positions including Research Scientist Intern at DeepMind and Quantitative Research Intern at G-Research. Ingmar's early career involved significant contributions as a Research Intern at the University of Stuttgart, focusing on Reinforcement Learning, and as a Junior Data Scientist at idalab GmbH, where work centered on machine learning applications in mobility and healthcare. Ingmar gained insight into theoretical physics as a Visiting Student Researcher at the University of Ottawa, developing quantum-mechanical models, and further honed deep learning skills as a consultant. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Technische Universität Berlin, alongside Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Physics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Additional involvement with the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes included organizing seminars on Big Data and connecting with students and alumni.
