Akash Mathur is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in compliance, operational leadership, and human resources across major organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at GM MODULAR since August 2023, Akash previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Huawei from March 2008 to June 2023, where responsibilities included risk mitigation and compliance management. Other notable roles at Huawei included Chief Operating Officer and Director & Head of HR, focusing on strategic planning and human resources for India operations. Prior to Huawei, Akash worked at Ericsson India as HR Business Partner and began a career at SRF Limited, ultimately becoming Plant HR Head. Educational qualifications include a course on COO development from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a program on Effective Board Governance from SP Jain School of Global Management, and an MBA in Human Resources from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
