Franklin Alvarado is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Development Associate Manager at Liberty Latin America since July 2021. Prior to this role, Franklin held various positions at Telefónica from July 2011 to July 2021, including IT Research & Development Leader and IT Channel Service Design Leader for the CAM region. Franklin began their career at Neustar, Inc. as a Quality Assurance specialist from January 2004 to August 2011. Franklin's educational background includes a Bachillerato in Ingeniería de Sistemas from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica (2003 - 2015) and recent training in Salesforce through Trailhead, where the current rank is Adventurer, completed in July 2023.
