Pedro Oliveira is an experienced engineering and finance professional with a strong background in machine learning, quantitative analysis, and software development. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer of the MLOps team at Marley Spoon since January 2023, Pedro previously held significant roles at Millennium bcp, contributing as both a Lead Machine Learning Engineer and a Machine Learning Engineer, and worked as a consultant at Multivision Consulting. Pedro's earlier experience includes roles at BNP Paribas and InvestQuest as a Quantitative Analyst, focusing on model validation and quantitative trading, respectively. Additionally, Pedro has a solid foundation in software engineering, having started at Accenture and conducting research at INESC-ID. Academically, Pedro holds master's degrees in Mathematical Finance and Electrical and Computer Engineering and has completed Level II of the CFA Program. Technical expertise includes Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Git, Kafka, and CosmosDB.
