Liz Lulu is an experienced Global Learning Specialist with extensive expertise in leadership, management, and communication skills development. At G Adventures, Liz has specialized in training over 800 office staff and 1,000 tour leaders across 28 global offices since 2013 and continues in this role. Liz has successfully designed and overseen management development and women's leadership programs, contributing to award-winning leadership initiatives. Prior experience includes a National Workforce Management Trainer position at Shoppers Drug Mart, where Liz facilitated nationwide training for over 1,300 retail stores, along with roles in team building, instructional design, and training coordination. Liz holds a degree in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.
