Carla Salvador Albarracin is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management and organizational development across various regions in Latin America. Currently serving as Talent Partner for both Latin America and South America at G Adventures since March 2016, Carla has previously held significant roles, including Jefe Zonal de Gestión Humana at Hipermercados Tottus and Jefe de Recursos Humanos at Gilat Perú. With a foundation in HR business partnering from Telefonica del Peru and Movistar Argentina, alongside earlier roles in human resources analysis, Carla's academic credentials include an MBA from IAE Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico.
