Lena Sinha-Connolly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate change, international security, and governance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the International Center for Dialogue Initiatives, Lena focuses on climate change and its intersection with international security. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Directors for FXB USA and as a former Senior Advisor for the Foundation for Climate Restoration, where strategic guidance was provided to reverse atmospheric carbon buildup. Lena's prior experience includes leadership positions with UNDP, where significant human resources and diversity strategies were developed, as well as advising on global initiatives related to human rights and conflict prevention. Holding a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, Lena is recognized for leveraging their legal and policy expertise to advance international development and governance.
