Mehdi B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 2011, Mehdi worked as a Web Project Manager at WebDirect Development. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Programming Analyst at BAZZ, where they worked until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Mehdi worked as a Web Marketing Consultant at Webgoo, and then moved on to join CGI in 2017. At CGI, they worked as an L2 Support Analyst and Devops, providing support for reporting and position management applications used by Société Générale Corporate Investments and Banking. Mehdi also collaborated with the development team using Scrum methodology and trained new support and development teams based in Chicago and Bangalore.

In 2019, Mehdi joined SQLI as a Senior L2 Support Engineer, where they provided support for e-commerce websites and applications of the Swiss financial company Richemont. Mehdi performed various tasks such as handling incidents, deploying updates and bug fixes, monitoring website and application health, and automating operational support tasks. Mehdi also assessed and trained new team members.

In 2022, Mehdi moved to SIA Innovations Inc. as a Functional Analyst, and is currently working there. Finally, in the same year, they also joined FX Innovation as an Information Technology Business Analyst.

Mehdi B. completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal in 2008. Following that, they pursued their education in Business Administration and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (GDBA) from Concordia University in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Mehdi B. has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2016, they earned the Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Furthermore, in 2022, they acquired the Process Management Essentials certification from APQC.
