Bastian Aurich currently serves as General Counsel for an international life insurance group since July 2023 and has held the position of Syndikusrechtsanwalt and Head of Company Law at Versicherungskammer Bayern since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Bastian Aurich was a Partner at Wirsing Hass Zoller Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB from December 2007 to February 2018. Bastian Aurich's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The University of Texas at Austin (2004 - 2005), a degree from the University of Augsburg (1997 - 2003), and a Diplôme d'Études Universitaires Françaises (DEUF) in law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) (1999 - 2000).
