Tom Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic brand management, research, and education. As the Managing Director and Founder of Fuze Research since August 2012, Tom focuses on providing transformative insights that align business strategies with customer needs. Contributing as a co-author to the book "Brand Fusion: Purpose-driven Brand Strategy," Tom has integrated key learnings into a comprehensive framework for brand management. In academia, Tom served as a Visiting Professor and Executive MBA Director at the University of Chester, where responsibilities included overseeing a significant department and collaborating with corporate and charity executives. Previous roles include Research & Intelligence Manager for Visit Chester & Cheshire and Marketing Analyst for Bank of America. Tom holds a Ph.D. from Lancaster University, an MA in Management with Distinction from the University of Chester, and a Business Studies degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
